Little did I realize when hiring Dr. Hook It Up to raise my 55″ Vizio monitor from the top of the fireplace to the top of the wall that I would have such good experience. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive to every detail, prompt, clean, polite, and having the ability to lift a 55″ Vizio monitor single-handedly over his shoulders as if it were a feature. From a very reasonable price to an installation that gets oohs and ahhs from everyone, including my wife. Thank you, Dr. Hook It Up, for the satisfaction and positive imprint you left on our family and home. Your work was so good that I am planning to have you back in four days to install a sound bar. After that, maybe theater lights. Keep up the good work.

Ken just left after mounting my new 60” TV on the wall. The picture was good before he got here but after he finished adjusting the set it was sensational. The set looks great on the wall and he cleaned up everything before he left. I would definitely recommend Dr Hook It Up.

I’m seriously not handy, so when I look for someone to do work for me, I want the complete package. Tell me what cables, etc I need and have them ready so I don’t have to go buy them separately. I also want someone skilled, efficient, professional, timely and polite. Dr. Hook It Up is that and more. I recently had him hang two tvs for me and the process couldn’t have been better. I would use them again in a hearbeat.

Ken installed three surround sound systems with hidden wiring, including out on the lanai with rock speakers surrounding the pool, with remotes programmed to the equipment inside. His professionalism and attention to detail are impeccable. He wore covers over his shoes and left no trace of dirt or debris. He programmed all of the components on our Harmony remote and he spent time with us to learn how to work it. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Me and 4 of my intelligent friends attempted to wall mount my new 60″ 3d led TV on Friday, After 3 hours and bad results. I searched the internet Saturday morning to locate a professional. I found other sites but none were transparent. He had all of the pricing listed on his website. I called Dr Hook It Up and he was able to come to my home on Saturday with short notice. He arrived on time, he was very personable, he explained to me everything he was doing, and he did the job in 30 minutes by himself, he cleaned his work area after he finished and made some adjustments to my TV, satellite settings as well as blu ray player. I highly recommend Dr. Hook It Up.

Wow. “The Doctor” just left and I agree with every comment before me. Great price, superb service and knowledge. Solved a host of problems for me quickly from making sense out of a web of wires and cords to making excellent recommendations for sound quality. Ken solved remote communication issues and personalized components for all the kids to understand. Awesome!

Ken is an exceptional installer with experience and great business sense. I’ve used other vendors before, but Ken is by far the best and most reliable. He takes great pride in his work, which shows.

I’m thrilled with the installation he did at our offices with both TV’s and with our speaker sound system. All wires hidden, and placement was far better than what I originally thought we needed. Ken is an expert that has the experience to exceed his customer’s expectations.

I really can’t say enough about Dr. Hook Up. Ken installed 5.1 channel surround sound home theater systems and wall mount flat screen TVs in my living room and bedrooms. He knows more about this than anyone I’ve talked to in the industry. Ken was personable and worked far longer than he estimated and it didn’t cost a penny more than the already low cost. I will definitely use Dr Hook Up again and refer all my friends.

I am extremely satisfied with the job that Ken Ramsey did for me. He explained everything to me on the phone ahead of time, was very flexible about the time of the appointment, and he did exactly what he said he was going to do and more. He hung an older LCD TV for me, gave me new connectors and hid all the cables. It looks great! I would recommend Dr Hook It Up to anyone who needs a TV hung or home theater service. He is very professional and extremely focused on customer satisfaction.

Technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I learned one thing, never have an electrician hook up your sound system and TV. Use Dr. Hook It Up instead! I’m so glad we found them and they were able to re- wire and fix the mess we had. Thanks!
